Good effort - that Saab style matches the interior nicely. I did the same job this weekend myself. I was planning a period Momo, but settled on a Chris Amon from about the year my car was built..

Thanks. Your new wheel looks great!

Well I got pulled over, but it was nothing big, the officer just told me to put my temporary registration tag in a different spot.

I ordered a new C-meter, and it was S800 delivered...

With modern internals, and a new sender combination it provides much better accuracy over the OEM stuff. Nothing like a perfectly smooth install and everything works 100%. Very happy with Spread Tools. See ya! Neko.

Took delivery of some authentic Rota Shakotans (aka fake-ass Hayahasi Streets) for the Corona. Couldn't find the right legit wheels for the car, and got tired of waiting to drive the car in the meantime. Hopefully I'll actually have time to mount them after work tomorrow.

That looks so good! I love those wheels (both the originals and the copies) and thought about them for my wagon. Glad you ran with them.

Got the gearbox back in and everything back together after replacing the freeze plug in the rear of the block of my brother's C110. Wasn't a particularly fun job, but I'm damn well glad it's over now. As an added bonus, it doesn't leak water anymore so now I can run it for more than a minute or two at a time without the risk of it cooking the head.

Fixed a tach signal issue with my Megasquirt that's been shitting me off for the last six or more months and also received a package in the mail with a new piece of clothing and a few sets of brand new SSR valves for my collection of wheels.

Received a header panel for my '87 CRX and polished the valve cover nuts. All in all a good day.

Decided to give the 4G52 a chance, as I'm too lazy to start rebuilding the 2.6 yet again just yet. Will save that for when I can get together the bits to put together an EFI motor.
Also, dug out the 4.6:1 CW&P I had lying around for it and bolted them to a spare centre, then spent 4hrs setting the preload. Which, by the way, is a pain in the arse when all you have to go on are half-remembered tech specs from a workshop manual and gibberish instructions from your old man when he's three sheets to the wind, lol
