I found this monstrosity on Craigslist today and was wondering what else is out there? What's the worst mods you have seen done to a classic japanese car. I think this may be the worst, but lets see if anyone can top it.

The front half is a 1985 Subaru GL and the back half of it is a 1973 Volkswagen Beetle. It has 2 engines... Why anyone would do this, the world may never know.
It can be yours for the small price of $15,000.

In my opinion, the wing is always a bad idea.

I reckon you coupd make one hell of a Bosozuko sled with that limo. As it stands it looks pretty ordinary but the long sharp lines would lend itself well to the boso treatment.

wow. just wow. I saw one around here that looked a lot like that second picture, it was at a car show. it just made me think of how someone took a cool classic car and turned it into a piece of junk. sure, a shiny piece of junk, but still...

The second pic, the 260 without all the stupid bodywork, Id sport it for drag purposes. Yes its a classic, but this thing happens to cars that are worth a lot more. Datsuns are abundant here in CA.

unfortunately, no...
sad but true...

with a little effort you could probably make it undo ...

But why was it done in the first place ?! It looks like a top specification Lada Riva.
