I've been a long time rotary enthusiast since 1999 when I bought my first RX-7. I've now owned two, although they don't technically fall under the Nostalgic umbrella just yet, as both were 1991 models. I've always had a soft spot for older cars, though.

My 1991 RX-7 Turbo is currently undergoing a restoration, as it was in fairly rough shape when I bought it, and then I daily drove it for a few years. Now it's getting the love and attention it deserves.

I've been fairly active in the rotary world throughout my life. I was involved in the local Mazda Rotary club for a long time and then wrote for the short lived RX Tuner magazine.

I imagine I will enjoy this forum and probably learn a few things while I'm here. Japanese cars still don't get the recognition they deserve in the collector community.
