As stated above I'm a newbie from Utah, who owns a 1993 300ZX that I got last week for graduating high school.
I've always had a big heart for classic Japanese muscle cars, actually Japanese cars in general, there's just something about them that has always drawn me to them, maybe it how diverse they are, how it seems like their manufactures are the last few who are willing to experiment with their cars, and how they will try anything the can with their cars to get ahead of the others.

But I don't to drag this post on, so anyways, I'm glad I stumbled upon this site, and to prove ownership, here is some pictures of my 300ZX, sadly it's a non turbo, but I'm still glad that I've got one.

You can't imagine my fear when winter comes around......unless it's like the last 2 winters where the snow bareley stayed a week, I should be fine........I hope.

But all I really plan to do is go to the Technical college near my town, and get certified in welding, right now I'm working with my neighbor pour concrete for his construction company, and I like it, but it's not something I want to do for the rest of my life, I'd really like to become a certified welder, and then go back to said college, and take up advanced automotive, but that's really all I have planned for the moment, I know it's not much but, one step at a time.

However I have a few plans for my car, before I do anything, I need to see what is wrong with the engine, it's either the exhaust valve, intake manifold, or a bad piston, I'm not so sure, but once I find out and get it fixed, the first thing I'll probably do, is paint it either midnight blue, or royal blue, and paint the rims matte white, but as to exterior, that's about it, I really don't want to add a body kit to it, because one, I've looked around and most of the body kits for it look ugly, and I really don't want to do anything major to it, I'd really like to restore the car to mint condition, and just keep it that way, I think the only thing major I want to do with it, is convert it from an NA, to TT, but that'll only be when I feel confident enough to both, convert it, and to drive it, if I ever plan on heavily modifying a car, it definitely won't be this one.
