I stuffed a couple 1050cc FIC injectors in the conquest TBI and stacked some nuts and a washer as spacers.
Not as fancy as some machined billet, but quick, easy, cheap, and effective.

Warm weather seems to help a lot.

Here is my custom cut 36-1 trigger wheel for the g5xb early crank pully.
I suppose It could be welded onto a rubber inserted one as well. I'll probably get more cut in time.

So, I got a set of Black Velour seats from a 1987 Conquest TSi (you remember those right?) from quikconq on starquestclub.
Image
Then I cleaned them up a little.
Image
Then I wanted to see how they look in the Arrow. I was unsure how I would like them in there.
Until I found out the Arrow sliders bolted right on.
Image
Then I sat in them. Ooooohhhhhhh.
Again, Black Velour. They kind of have a blue look to them.
This is where they are going.

:D

Now we are talking.

But, hindsight being 20/20, I need to put the radiator in before the IC due to the location of the trans cooler and the bolts go in from the IC side.
I need to figure out if I am going to put the AIT in the intake pipe, or the IC pipe.

Hey, it lined up perfectly inside. Function.
Now the oil cooler might be another story. I don't know how that's going to go.
The front needs dropped and I need lower profile tires. I think the bigger rears are fine for now.

Oil cooler.
Looks like it should be able to handle the job.

If you two were closer I'd toss my g52b block in josh's trunk so you can have even more G52s lol. Got to get new valves for my g52b head before I throw it on the g54b :).

Like anything else, fix one thing and another breaks.
So I had a charging issue, wound up being a bad alternator. No big deal. I put the old one on. Problem solved.
Then I test drive it and the steering is super touchy.
My whole steering system is wrecked.
Parts will be here Tuesday. From rockauto it was just under $100 for ball joints, inner and outer tierod ends, pitman arm, idler arm, water pump (thats making a rattly noise now as well), and headlights (my 35w hids are too much I think for the 50amp alternator).
Pics to come of the carnage/replacement.

Dear Pitman Arm,
I hate you.

That is all,
Jay

That's the thing, it is the best looking part of the steering, but I figured, hey, while i'm in there i'll get it all.
I broke 2 pitman arm pullers, and one ball joint puller. The damn thing still looks good. So it's staying and I have a spare pitman arm.
Otherwise it's all good, other than needing a professional alignment. I did it well, but I have some toe out, I'll play with it for a week before I finally decide.

Spring general checkup.
Compression is 175-175-173-179.
Still healthy.

Plugs look decent.

Got the tune dialed in a bit better. Maybe I'll get some dyno time soon.
