Very sweet car, I love the bumpers. I have a set just like them on my sport coupe. I will say though that it is not a TE86, it seems like a TE71.

na its a te72 with a 80 front . i call it a te86 bc it has a full ae86 twin cam swap motor trans/suspension/dash/and rear . the bumper were a bitch to make fit but i got them on and st8 there's a lot of fabactration that has to be done in order to make them fit right :tu:

Well my front bumper bolt up pretty easily. I was able to use two of the original mounting holes. I just have to drill two new ones to finish. The rear I haven't tried yet cause I know it will take some fabing up.

Went to the junkyard yesterday found an old gremlin measured the bumpers they'll fit might need a Lil custom fabrication but looks promising

then it should be an ae72. a is your engine code since its no longer a t series e is frame code which hasnt changed 72 is the body since its still the same body just with a front fascia swap
i did the same thing with my ra65c. it had a 3tgte swap and everything so it almost justified it a gttr but it had flares and IRS so i just called it a ta65

you will love the GZE compared to the NA version. My GZE swapped MR2 was a screamer stock. drop in some cams and a supercharger pulley and it will fly.
