Anything to.look.out for? Looks like it has some rot at bottom.of front fenders which seems common?

ya lower fender rot behind wheels is to be expected,
if it looks bad could have rot on rocker also.
what body style?
is it a mark2?

If its doesnt have floor rot ill be surprised. mine had/has some crust under the taillights as well. If all/most OG parts are still on the car and its together, I would consider that a good sign.
